Background Tracking
- Open Places, sign in, and turn on Phone Signal.
- Choose Always when iOS asks for location access.
- Keep Precise Location enabled for better nearby-place matching.
- Check Settings in Places for the Background tracking active status.
Place And Time Accuracy
Places needs repeated location signals before it can distinguish a visit from passing nearby. Keep tracking enabled throughout the day. You can use Sync current location when troubleshooting a missing current visit.
Account And Privacy
Sign out or permanently delete the account from Settings in the iPhone app. Read the Privacy Policy for details about location collection and account deletion.
